Position: Behavior Mentor
Location: Birmingham
Type: Full-Time

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to students.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student development.
• Monitor and track student progress.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or counseling setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective behavior management strategies.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
• Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field.
• DBS on the update service or, willing to apply for one.
