Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Lewisham who are seeking a committed and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join their team immediately. This is a full-time, long-term role running until the end of the academic year, supporting students who require additional behavioural and emotional support.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll work one-to-one and in small groups with students, helping them to stay engaged in lessons and manage their behaviour positively. You'll play a key role in improving outcomes for students, working closely with teachers and pastoral staff.

To be considered for this Behaviour Mentor role, you must have:

• Previous experience supporting children or young people

• A calm, confident approach and excellent communication skills

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

• Availability to work full-time until July
