Are you passionate about supporting children with behaviour needs and helping them succeed in school life? A welcoming primary school in the Rowley Regis area is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team and provide consistent, tailored support for pupils with behavioural and emotional challenges.

This long-term opportunity is ideal for someone with a calm, confident approach who can build trust with children and support them both in and out of the classroom. You'll work alongside teaching staff and inclusion teams to promote a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting pupils who struggle with emotional regulation or behaviour
• Helping to implement structured routines and clear behaviour expectations
• Working 1:1 with pupils or in small groups to develop coping and social skills
• Using restorative and reflective approaches to encourage positive choices
• Supporting transitions, breaktimes and key moments throughout the day

You'll Need:

• Experience supporting children with SEMH or behavioural needs
• A nurturing, firm and fair approach to behaviour management
• Confidence working independently and as part of a wider support team
