We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to provide vital support in a school setting. This role is ideal for psychology graduates or those with experience in child development, mental health, or education. Working as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with additional needs, ensuring they thrive academically and socially.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural challenges.
• Assist teachers in implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Promote engagement in education and training through tailored support.

• A degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (ideal for graduates).
• Experience supporting children with SEN, autism, ADHD, or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
• A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting student wellbeing.
• Able to commute to Waltham Forest
