Job Summary:
This role involves supporting secondary-age pupils with emotional and behavioural needs, both in classrooms and through home-based support when needed. You'll be a steady presence, guiding pupils through academic challenges and emotional struggles.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work with students on a 1:1 basis to support their emotional wellbeing
  
  
• Assist with lesson catch-up and academic engagement
  
  
• Respond to behavioural incidents constructively and with empathy
  
  
• Maintain progress records and contribute to team planning
  
  

Requirements:

• School-based experience in the UK is essential
  
  
• Enhanced DBS (Child & Adult Workforce) required
  
  
• At least 6 months of UK-based education work
  
  
• Right to work in the UK
  
  
• Full weekday availability during school hours (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
