We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant and After School Club Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive primary school community in Hackney.

About the Role:

This dual-role position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied and rewarding environment. You will:

• Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs during the school day.

• Implement tailored support strategies, helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment.

• Support individuals or small groups to access learning and develop social skills.

• Take a lead role in delivering engaging activities as part of our After School Club provision.

We’re Looking For:

• Someone with experience supporting children in a school or childcare setting (behaviour support experience is highly desirable).

• A calm, empathetic, and patient individual who can build positive relationships with pupils.

• A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

• Someone reliable and flexible, committed to contributing to the life of our school.
