Behaviour Support Mentor - Leicester - September Start

Hays are in partnership with a Mainstream Secondary School that are looking for a confident and committed Behaviour Support Mentor to join their dynamic school in Leicester this September. If you're passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning, this is your chance to make a real impact.

The Role:

• Full-time, term-time only
• Support students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to promote positive behaviour
• Collaborate with teaching and pastoral teams

What You'll Need:

• Experience working with challenging behaviour (school, youth work, or similar)
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Resilience, empathy, and a proactive mindset
• DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
