Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs.
  
  
• Step in with calm, constructive behaviour management strategies.
  
  
• Support learning recovery and emotional wellbeing.
  
  
• Maintain clear, concise records of pupil progress.
  
  

Essential Requirements:

• UK school experience.
  
  
• Enhanced DBS (child + adult workforce) or willingness to obtain one.
  
  
• 6+ months in an educational setting.
  
  
• Legal right to work in the UK.
  
  
• Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-3:30 PM.
