Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Alternative Provision (Secondary)
Liverpool, L4
Full-time | Term-time only

Are you experienced in a school setting and confident managing challenging behaviour? We’re looking for a resilient and dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our Alternative Provision in L4, supporting secondary-aged students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.

What You'll Do:
  • Support students with challenging behaviour in and out of class

  • Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions

  • Help maintain a calm and safe learning environment

  • Use effective behaviour management strategies

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working in a school setting (essential)

  • Strong behaviour management skills

  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping young people

  • No formal qualifications required — we value your experience and attitude
