Oliver James is proud to be working with a major banking client on the search for a Behavioural Risk Analytics Specialist. Behavioural risk is the reoccurring patterns of behaviours that can lead to challenges or negative outcomes for the business. The main purpose of this role is to identify and uncover drivers of these behaviours. Resulting in more effective preventative measures across the group such as stronger controls and policies.

You'll need the ability to:

• Apply social and behavioural research methods managing the execution
• Create Psychometric research methods such as surveys
• Reviews within the group focusing on interviews, focus groups, observations and with a methodical and diligent approach
• Conduct evidence-based solutions for behavioural interventions
• Manage delivery of projects by supporting colleagues to prioritise focus of accuracy, working to deadlines and attention to detail

Knowledge of:

• Behavioural science and organisational psychology and understanding the concepts, theories and methodologies behind this.
• Implementation of behavioural change interventions within an organisation
