Behaviour support role-Academics

Academics are looking to recruit experienced behaviour support specialists to join us for multiple opportunities in a well-established alternative provision based in Grimsby. The roles are focused specifically in KS3 / KS4 with students with challenging behaviour and additional learning needs.

The successful candidates will:

• Have previous experience working with challenging behaviour
• A resilient attitude
• An adaptable and quick thinking mind set
• The ability to build relationships
• Flexible temporary role
• £600 - £700 per week depending on experience
