Benugo is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Member to join our vibrant team in Manchester, United Kingdom. As a Benugo Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers from Cafe to Conference & Events.

This is a 7-day-operation and shifts may vary from 7am up to 2am on Event evenings. 

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables and restocking supplies
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service at all times
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
• Adapt to changing customer needs and peak service times with flexibility

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders
• Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating memorable dining experiences
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and menu items
• Previous experience in food service is a plus, but not required (full training will be provided)
