Bids Manager - 6 month FTC - international law firm

This international law firm is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Bid Manager to join a high-performing team focused on delivering winning proposals for major domestic and international clients to join on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

The Role
You’ll lead end-to-end bid processes, including high-value tenders, panel appointments, and client onboarding. This role involves strategic input, project management, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to shape compelling, client-focused submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage proposals from initiation to presentation
• Advise on pricing, profitability, and bid strategy
• Write persuasive content tailored to client needs
• Support pitch training and best practices
• Collaborate with business development and international teams
• Maintain pitch tools and performance insights

About You

• Proven experience in bid or proposal management (professional services a plus)
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Confident working with senior stakeholders
• Organised, strategic, and detail-focused
• Qualifications like APMP, CIM, or MBA are a bonus
