Rate of pay: £13.85 per hour

Full Time: 35hours per week - Monday to Friday - Split Shifts (7am - 10am, Return in the evening 4:30pm - 7:30pm)

Contract Length: 22 Weeks

Location: Field Based - Waterloo (Potential to be required to work surrounding nearby areas)

Proposed Start Date: May 2025

Key Responsibilities:

- Overflow Management: Efficiently manage the overflow of bikes at Waterloo station by relocating excess bikes to a storage hub located 100 meters away.

- Overnight Storage: Securely store bikes overnight in the designated storage hub.

- Morning Operations: In the morning, retrieve bikes from the storage hub and place them back in the docking station to ensure availability for customers.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns from customers.

Requirements:

- Comfortable with working outdoors

- Standard DBS Check & 3 years referencing

- Excellent face to face customer service skills
