Billing Administrator | £26,000 | Immediate Start | 3-6 Month Temp | On-Site

We're recruiting for a proactive Billing Administrator to join a busy finance team within a well-established national business. This is an on-site role, offered on a 3-6 month temporary contract with an immediate start available.

Supporting the end-to-end billing cycle, you'll be responsible for generating accurate invoices, resolving queries, and assisting with reconciliations. This role would suit someone confident with numbers, organised, and comfortable working at pace.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and issuing customer invoices

Investigating and resolving billing queries

Assisting with reconciliations and reporting

Maintaining accurate billing records

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds - prior billing or sales ledger experience is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and a good grasp of Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
