Billing & Collections Specialist - 12-Month FTC

We’re partnering with a high-profile media and marcomms business on the hunt for a Billing & Collections Specialist to join their team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same - and where your work genuinely makes a difference to the bottom line.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things billing and collections, managing end-to-end processes, liaising with big-name clients, and helping ensure smooth cash flow for high-impact campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

• Raise timely, accurate invoices in line with Statements of Work (SOW)

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and speed up cash conversion

• Maintain up-to-date client billing profiles

• Post client receipts, reconcile accounts, and report aged debt to senior finance

• Chase outstanding payments and resolve queries with a solutions-focused mindset

• Support finance on audits, ad hoc projects, and process improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Proven billing and collections experience in the media, marcomms or a related fast-paced industry

• Strong communication skills - you’re confident dealing with internal and external stakeholders

• Super organised and detail-oriented

• Proactive, persistent, and a natural problem solver

• Comfortable with finance systems and confident in reconciling ledgers
