Description

• Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• WIP reports
• Generate, review, and distribute client invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client queries effectively.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
• Maintain and update billing records in the system.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the billing function.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Profile

A successful Billings Specialist should have:

• Previous experience in a billing or finance-related role within the business services industry.
• WIP experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billing processes.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
