Description

As a Bookings Administrator your responsabilities will include:

• Schedule and manage radiology appointments for patients in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and other staff to coordinate bookings.
• Update and maintain accurate patient records on internal systems.
• Assist with handling patient queries regarding radiology appointments.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures within the public sector framework.
• Liaise with the radiology team to prioritise urgent cases when necessary.
• Generate appointment letters and related administrative documentation.
• Support the department with general administrative duties as required.

Profile

A successful Bookings Administrator should have:

• Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within healthcare or the public sector.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
