My client is seeking a Radiology Booking Officer to join their team. This role involves booking patients for Radiology appointments both over the telephone and by letter. The position is temporary, lasting up to 3 months, with a potential start date as soon as possible.

• Booking patients for Radiology appointments using telephone and letter communication.
• Managing appointment schedules and ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Handling patient inquiries and providing information about preparation for appointments.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborating with Radiology and other healthcare staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Adhering to departmental policies and procedures related to data privacy and handling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing schedules and handling administrative tasks.
• Experience in a medical or clinical setting is preferred but not essential.
