Bookkeeper

iMultiply are delighted to be working with an established and reputable company based in Glasgow's East Endwho are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support their finance team on an interim basis for the next 3-4 months min. This role will be essential in ensuring accurate financial records and smooth accounting operations during a busy period.

• Posting journals, prepayments, and accruals accurately.

• Completing bank reconciliations and maintaining up-to-date records.

• Managing accounts payable and receivable functions.

• Using SAGE to process financial transactions.

• Assisting with month-end financial reporting.

• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties as required.

• Experience in a Bookkeeping or Finance Assistant role.

• Strong knowledge of journal postings, prepayments, accruals, and bank reconciliations.

• Proficiency in SAGE and Microsoft Excel.

• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
