Job Description
Working for a payroll and accounting Services Company based near Frimley Surrey the job holder will enjoy working in a busy team environment and will be able to work independently and as a part of a team to complete the following duties...
Responsibilities
Working across multiple company accounts dealing with bank accounts, sales ledger and purchase ledger as well as cost centres
Dealing with both weekly and monthly payrolls
Working on company accounts for business who may turnover between £100 thousand up to £48 million
Experience using Sage Line 50 & Sage Payroll
Knowledge reporting to Trial Balance
Credit control & collections experience/knowledge
Full responsibility for invoicing
Bank and petty cash reconciliations
Updating the accounts package to Sage Line 50
