Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a dynamic retail company located on the outskirts of Marden. This part-time, temporary position is ideal for candidates who are immediately available and have a strong background in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 within a multi-channel retail environment.

• Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Generate financial reports that reflect the company’s business activity and financial position.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve financial efficiency.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within a multi-channel retail environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Immediate availability to start in a temporary capacity.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
