Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper

Location: Hounslow

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm

Job Type: Part-Time (Office-based only)

Role Description:

We are seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate financial records for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input financial data into accounting software (Sage 50)
• Process subcontractor and supplier invoices
• Coordinate and process supplier and subcontractor payment runs
• Prepare and submit VAT returns
• Reconcile bank statements and oversee accounts payable/receivable
• Process employee expense claims
• Perform additional finance-related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, bookkeeping, and accounting software
• Understanding of journal entries and general accounting principles
• Highly detail-oriented and organised with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
