Bookkeeper

Temporary Bookkeeper – Part Time

Hourly Rate: £14.50 - £16 PAYE per hour
Location: Stockport
Hours: 37.5 per week
Length: 6-8 weeks with a possibility of going permanent.

Our client is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join their team on a Full-time Temporary basis.

Duties:

• Accurately record financial transactions and maintain ledgers
• Prepare and posting a high volume of invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Preparing supplier payments and completing payment runs
• Ad-hoc work assisting various finance departments including Credit Control

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Sage is essential (Sage 50 is desirable) AAT level 3 + is desirable
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Previous bookkeeping experience/Accounts Assistant is required
• Manufacturing sector experience is desirable
• Ability to start on short notice
