Bricklayer

Bury Council are seeking a skilled Bricklayer to join their construction team. This role involves a variety of tasks including pointing, flagging, replacing floor slabs, general brickwork, replacing lintels, and crack stitching. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be capable of delivering high-quality workmanship.

• Conducting pointing to repair and finish mortar joints.
• Flagging and laying paving stones or tiles for paths and patios.
• Replacing damaged or worn floor slabs.
• Performing general brickwork tasks as required.
• Replacing lintels above doors and windows.
• Applying crack stitching techniques to repair walls.

• Proven experience as a Bricklayer.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• High level of precision and attention to detail.
