Search are working in partnership with a leading Civil Engineering Contractor based in the Northeast who are currently looking for experienced Civils Bricklayers for ongoing work in the Newcastle area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term work with a reputable company delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.

The role involves carrying out a range of bricklaying duties on civils and groundwork packages including manhole construction, retaining walls, ducts, and general block and brickwork on site. You must be confident in your ability to work from technical drawings and deliver work to a high standard, safely and efficiently.

You will be responsible for:
* Laying bricks, blocks, and other materials to a high standard on civil engineering projects
* Constructing manholes, chambers, and retaining walls
* Working effectively within a team and under site management's direction
* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A valid CSCS card - Blue or Gold preferred
* Previous experience in a civils bricklaying role
* Relevant references
* Own PPE and tools
