We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant with British Sign Language (BSL) Level 3 to join our specialist SEN college in Coventry. This role is available for an ASAP or September start, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.
About the Role:

• Provide tailored support to students with complex needs, including those who use BSL as their primary communication method.
• Assist in delivering engaging and accessible lessons, ensuring all students can participate fully.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Support students in developing communication skills and confidence.
• Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet individual needs.

About You:

• BSL Level 3 qualification (essential).
• Experience working with students with SEND and complex needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Passionate about supporting students in achieving their potential.
