Job Summary:
London Borough of Harrow is recruiting for a Brokerage Officer to join their team. A Brokerage Officer plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing brokerage services within the organization. This position involves negotiating with service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and securing the best possible outcomes for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of brokerage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and manage brokerage services, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Work closely with providers to negotiate service agreements and secure cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure all brokerage activities adhere to relevant policies, regulations, and contractual frameworks.
• Monitor market trends and provider performance to inform brokerage decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with service providers, clients, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of brokerage activities and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in brokerage, procurement, or contract management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
