BSI CRM Software Developer - Contract

Oliver James is partnering with a leading financial services provider based in Zurich who is looking to hire a BSI CRM Developer to support the implementation of business requirements within the BSI Customer Suite on a contract basis.

The role offers up to 40% home office and provides the opportunity to contribute to a long term transformation project in the wealth management sector.

Responsibilities:

• Cost estimation, conception, and implementation of business requirements across BSI.CRM, BSI.EIP, and BSI.CX modules
• Development of solution options in collaboration with Product Owners, architects, consultants, and developers
• Close cooperation with BSI stakeholders, including project management, consultants, developers, and operations
• Integration of various third-party systems via BSI.EIP
• Support in the migration to the latest BSI software version
• Contribution to incident resolution and bug fixing activities

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of Java and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with BSI.CRM, BSI.EIP, and BSI.CX modules
• Proficiency in SQL and Postgres
• Experience using Git for version control
• Technical understanding of asset and wealth management is an advantage
• Fluent in German & English
