Building Services Team Administrator

• Hourly Rate: £14.28 - £15.23
• Location: Welwyn Garden City - Welwyn and Hatfield Borough Council
• Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (12 weeks)

We are currently seeking a temporary Building Services Team Administrator to provide cover for a 12-week period. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a varied workload while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage and plan a varied workload, effectively handling conflicting demands to meet deadlines.
• Influence and negotiate with both internal and external customers at all levels.
• Provide exceptional customer care and maintain excellent communication throughout all interactions.
• Utilise advisory, guiding, and persuasive skills to manage and resolve difficult situations effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency in IT systems to support administrative tasks and team functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong customer care and communication skills.
• Capable of advising, guiding, and persuading in challenging situations.
• Excellent IT skills, comfortable with various software and administrative systems.
