About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Building Technician to join our dynamic facilities team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our building. Ensuring a safe, functional, and well-presented environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general building maintenance and repairs (carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, painting/decorating, etc.)
  
  
• Respond to reactive maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner
  
  
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and address potential issues
  
  
• Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
  
  
• Liaise with external contractors and suppliers when needed
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
  
  
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar building maintenance or facilities role
  
  
• Multi-trade skills (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical)
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
