Business Analyst

Business Analyst (BA) for a remote role in Glasgow within the Banking Domain, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The candidate must be immediately available,

? BA with Solution Design (SD) experience
? Strong technical understanding and ability to drive business readiness (training, comms, etc.)
? Excellent stakeholder management - bridging the gap between tech teams & business stakeholders
? Requirements gathering from both technical and business SMEs, with prioritization skills
? Experience in Jira & Confluence and working in Agile & Waterfall environments
? Ability to document & deliver business readiness (support models, training, procedures, comms plans, etc.)
