Business Analyst - Mergers/Separations

• Location: 3 days per week in Farringdon London
• 6 months initial contract
• £350-400 per day via Umbrella

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on a key Technology function. This role involves defining and delivering technology solutions and requires a professional with a strong background in business and system integrations, particularly in managing and documenting process change.

• Engage in requirements management within a Waterfall framework, ensuring deliverables pass through necessary gating processes.
• Conduct process modelling and map out comprehensive business processes.
• Collaborate closely with business, operational, and IT stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Gather requirements effectively and execute detailed process mapping to support project outcomes.
• Manage vendor/supplier relationships within a multi-supplier environment, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance.
• Operate effectively within both Waterfall and Agile project environments, adapting to the needs of each framework as required.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and maintain strong teamwork and collaboration across various groups.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex organisations.
• Strong skills in requirements management and process modelling.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, capable of working closely with various internal and external parties.
• Experience in vendor/supplier management within a multi-supplier setting.
• Ability to work effectively in both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, influencing, collaboration, listening, and conflict management.
• Desirable: Experience in the logistics sector or within a consultancy.
