Business Analyst

About the Role:
As a Customer Journey Manager (CJM)/Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end customer experience. Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and the wider product team, you will help understand, measure, and orchestrate customer journeys, ensuring that technology and cross-functional integration are at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of comprehensive customer journey process maps using tools like Visio and Figma.
- Integrate insights from various data sources and systems to enhance customer journeys.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of customer journeys from a business perspective.
- Foster a mindset of continuous improvement across all processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Build relationships and align accountabilities across teams.
