Business Analyst

We are partnering with a leading Financial Services client to recruit two experienced Business Analysts.As part of a large-scale integration programme, you'll play a key role in analysing, mapping, and re-engineering business processes across multiple functions. Working within a traditional waterfall delivery framework, you'll help define the future state of operations by understanding how teams work today-what tools they use, how they use them, and where efficiencies can be gained.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end analysis of current processes, procedures, and toolsets across acquired and legacy business units.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather detailed business requirements and process insights.
• Produce high-quality documentation including process maps (As-Is and To-Be), gap analyses, and business requirements documents (BRDs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and validate future-state operating models.
• Support project delivery through structured governance, traceability, and change control.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation or integration programmes.
• Strong background in process mapping, business requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Visio, ARIS, or similar for process modelling.
• Experience working in a waterfall project environment with structured governance and stage gates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable insights.
