Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst | Hybrid working | 12 month FTC - Maternity Cover | £70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus | London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Analyst to join a large physical media agency based in Central London. Although this role sits within the Business Transformation team, you will be the go to person for the finance team regarding their system, projects and overall strategy and will report directly to the Business Transformation Director.

This is an exciting role which merges business analysis, project management and transformation for a global business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work with senior stakeholders to scope requirements and design solutions
• Produce detailed and functional specifications that can be used with both business and suppliers
• Prepare technical reports based on current business and economic trends
• Validate requirements and develop cost models
• Effective project leadership and control for multiple projects of different sizes and scopes within budget and timeframes ensuring these align to business needs
• Building relationships with key stakeholders including regular meetings, managing delays and backlogs
• Management of 2 direct reports
• Adhoc analysis and investigations

Key Requirements:

• Significant experience of business analysis
• Good knowledge of business and financial functions
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP equivalent and prior experience of transformation are a bonus
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
