The Opportunity

Join the Business Transformation team at a leading UK banking client to drive strategic change, process improvement, and technology enablement. 12-month FTC working on high-impact transformation initiatives across lending, savings, and commercial finance operations.

What You'll Do

1. Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
2. Bridge business needs and technical solutions across stakeholder groups
3. Support UAT, defect triage, and end-to-end project delivery
4. Liaise between business users, architects, developers, and third-party suppliers
5. Apply data analysis techniques to support business scenarios and reporting
6. Collaborate with Business Analysts to identify dependencies and share best practices
7. Manage vendor relationships and drive quality analysis deliverables

What You'll Bring

Essential:

1. Proven business analysis experience in system implementations or transformation programmes
2. Strong analytical skills and requirements documentation expertise
3. Experience working with third-party suppliers
4. Excellent communication - can translate complex information into clear, simple narratives
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to fixed deadlines
6. Stakeholder management skills with ability to build credibility quickly
7. Banking, or Financial Services background and Lending is highly desirable
8. Knowledge of industry-standard change methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
