Business Analyst Aladdin Accounting London Asset Management

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Business Analyst on the Aladdin Accounting implementation workstream.
• Engage with stakeholders across Front, Middle, and Back Office to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technology teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery and integration.
• Perform gap analysis between current and target state processes.
• Support testing and validation phases to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
• Contribute to documentation, training, and knowledge transfer as part of the implementation lifecycle

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Asset Management or Investment Management.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of BlackRock Aladdin, with a specific focus on Aladdin Accounting.
• Experience working on Aladdin implementation or enhancement projects.
• Solid understanding of the investment lifecycle, trade flow, and accounting principles in a buy-side environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
