Business Analyst / Architect
Location: Remote with occasional site visits (Scotland preferred)
Duration: 3 Months
Rate: up to £600 per day – Inside IR35
Clearance: SC Clearance desirable (UK Eyes Only)

We’re seeking a Business Analyst / Architect to join a high-impact project focused on developing operational delivery processes for naval ship contracts. This is a hands-on role supporting the operationalisation of design and fleet changes through target operating models (TOMs) and detailed process mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop processes that bring design and operational changes to life.
Lead the creation of operational processes tied to naval contract delivery.
Build and refine Target Operating Models (TOMs).
Deliver high-quality process maps using Visio or similar tools.
Align new operational models with broader programme goals.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in business analysis or business architecture, ideally within defence, naval, or complex engineering environments.
Strong background in process design and mapping.
Proficient in Visio and similar process modelling tools.
Comfortable translating contractual and design changes into scalable, operational workflows.
SC clearance is a plus (can be escorted onto site if not cleared).
UK Eyes Only due to the nature of the work.
Open to all UK-based candidates; however, being based in Scotland would be advantageous due to site proximity.
