£Market Rate - Inside IR35

Hybrid / Ad-hoc on site 6 months

My client is an instantly recognisable Insurer who urgently require a Business Analyst with extensive experience working on large scale migration programmes within the Insurance sector.

Key Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst on large-scale migration programmes within the Insurance space.
• Familiarity with Policy Admin Systems (PAS) such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Acturis etc.
• Gap analysis and requirement-gathering expertise
• Proven experience working on migration programmes, from one system to another
• Knowledge of Data including tools such as Snowflake, Peoplesoft, Radar, InRule etc.
• An understanding of the impact that large scale migration has on digital products (apps and websites) and APIs
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall ways of working.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce / MS Dynamics.
• Immediate availability
