What You'll Do:
* Analyse and improve SEND, Early Years, Education Welfare, and School Transport processes.
* Configure, develop, and implement new functionalities in MRI (Capita) One.
* Design and enhance MRI (Capita) One portals and forms for better user experience.
* Lead end-to-end system development projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.
* Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users.
* Manage change processes to ensure smooth system upgrades and feature rollouts.
* Troubleshoot system issues with IT teams and vendors to ensure optimal performance.

What We're Looking For:
* Extensive Business Analyst experience within local authority education services.
* Strong expertise in MRI (Capita) One configuration, development, and portals.
* Solid understanding of SQL, reporting tools, and technical integrations.
* A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience leading system development projects and driving successful change management.
