KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· Have strong Business Analyst experience within the London Market (Re)insurance industry
· Outward Reinsurance experience is essential
· Have strong business process modelling experience
· Have Workshop facilitation experience
· Have the ability to implement projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Drive and support innovation in a pragmatic and effective way to meet the needs of the business
· Have strong Agile Delivery experience
