Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business needs with a clear focus on outcomes.
• Business Process Mapping: Analyse current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state improvements.
• Change Management: Lead impact assessments, create change management plans, and deliver clear project communications.
• Business Case Development: Build compelling business cases to secure project approvals.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test plans, coordinate user participation, and ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Analytics & Problem-Solving: Use data analysis to identify solutions, inform decisions, and deliver actionable insights.
• Value Creation: Ensure projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable benefits.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven Business Analysis Experience: 4+ years of experience delivering successful projects.
• Process Improvement Expertise: Experience mapping and re-engineering business processes.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as MS Visio, Jira, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, and Azure DevOps.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to manage relationships across diverse teams, including senior leadership.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in data analysis to support project decisions.

Desirable Qualifications:

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in legal or professional services environments is advantageous.
