Business Analyst - WMS Food Transportation

A leading retailer is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support a major Warehouse Management System (WMS) replacement programme with a heavy focus on the food transportation/logistics element of the project.

• Location: Coventry (base)
• On site: Hybrid (Travel around Midlands)
• Rate: Circa £500

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases including AS IS and TO BE process mapping
• Facilitate and run engaging workshops with key stakeholders
• Define, document, and manage business requirements through to final sign-off
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and wider project teams
• Ensure smooth stakeholder engagement across multiple sites
• Needs to have Food Transportation experience and WMS systems experience too

What We're Looking For

• ? Proven experience in WMS systems
• ? Strong background in food transportation or fast-moving supply chains within retail
• ? Solid process mapping and business requirement gathering skills
• ? Confident workshop facilitator and effective communicator
• ? Willingness to travel to depots across the Midlands
