Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad, balanced, and engaging Business and Economics curriculum to students across key stages.
• Monitor and support the academic and personal development of students as a teacher and form tutor.
• Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.
• Assess, record, and report on student progress and attainment.
• Contribute to the development of schemes of work, teaching strategies, and departmental planning.
• Support the academy's wider curriculum through extracurricular activities and house events.
• Maintain high standards of discipline, punctuality, and student engagement.
• Participate in staff development, performance management, and academy improvement initiatives.

• A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and strong subject knowledge in Business and Economics.
