Job Description - Business & Performance Analyst

Job Title: Business & Performance Analyst (Part-Time, Remote)
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Hours: Part-Time – 2.5 days per week
Contract: Temporary Agency Contract
Sector: NHS

Pay: £18 per hour via Umbrella (£14.65 Paye exc)

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Business & Performance Analyst to support the NHS on a remote, part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an important national mental health initiative while working flexibly.

Role Overview: The post-holder will work closely with the CAMEO Service, supporting the development of a bespoke dashboard that displays a range of outcome measures. You will also liaise with Manchester University to enable data flows for a broader outcomes data-sharing project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet data and reporting requirements.

  • Project manage the entire dashboard development process: from requirements gathering and data design to drafting visualisations and final delivery.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, including data quality issues and Information Governance (IG) compliance.

  • Maintain clear communication of the project plan, updates, and delivery timelines with all stakeholders.

  • Work closely with both the CAMEO team and the Lead for Performance & Analytics to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business analysis, performance reporting, or data analytics—preferably within the NHS or healthcare sector.

  • Strong skills in project management and stakeholder communication.

  • Understanding of data warehousing, visualisation tools, and IG/data quality standards.

  • Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality outcomes.
