The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in Business Studies and Economics to secondary school students. Your expertise in the subject matter will help foster a stimulating learning environment, encouraging students to think critically about real-world economic issues and business concepts.

Overview

This school is seeking experienced professionals in Teaching A-level Business and/or Economics to students according to the requirements of the Cambridge International Examinations Curriculum. Successful applicants will teach the Cambridge Business and/or Economics Programme, following the relevant Cambridge International Curriculum Framework. They should be suitably qualified and experienced, fully committed to supporting students through both curricular and extracurricular activities.

The ideal candidate

• Education Degree in a relevant field.
• Professional Teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree.
• Fluent English speaker (minimum C1 fluency).
• 3 years of professional experience (acquired after obtaining a teaching qualification) in instructing subjects within a formal school environment.
• Experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum is desired but not essential.
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
