6-12 month initial contract

Hybrid working model - 2 days/week in central London

£700 - £800/day (This role will need to operate through an Umbrella company and all employer, employee tax and NI will be deducted from the rate)

I'm currently recruiting for a range of Business Change Managers for a large scale Financial Crime programme.

These roles will be working with a major financial services organisation based in London.

This will be to look after the Change management, Business Readiness, Internal comms and business adoption side of the transformation programme

Candidates will need the following experience evidenced on their CV to be considered for the positions:

• Strong core Business Change Manager skillset - Business Readiness, Change Management, Internal comms, adoption
• Able to spot areas for improvement and record process changes accordingly
• Financial services background - Ideally asset management or life and pensions
• Financial crime programme experience and working knowledge
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly collaborative with a personable stakeholder management approach
• Wiling to travel to the office twice a week as required
