Job Description - Business Change Project Manager

Job Title: Business Change Project ManagerRate: £550 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Remote-based, with travel to Preston and other UK sites as required
Start Date: On or around 16th June 2025
Contract Length: 3-month contract

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Change Project Manager to lead and deliver change initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will focus on driving business transformation and ensuring the successful adoption of change across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex change projects, working across operational and strategic levels, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business change initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
* Engage with senior stakeholders to define change scope, objectives, and success criteria.
* Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, and issues across multiple projects or workstreams.
* Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support adoption of the changes.
* Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
* Produce and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
* Monitor progress and performance, providing regular updates to the PMO and leadership team.
* Support communication and training plans to ensure business readiness and smooth transition.
* Travel to Preston and other UK sites as needed to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Required Experience and Skills:
* Proven experience as a Business Change Project Manager in complex environments.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
* Ability to influence and drive change across distributed teams.
* Experience in sectors such as utilities & facilities management.
Other Requirements:
* Must be eligible to work in the UK.
* Willing and able to travel to Preston and other UK sites as required.
