Job Title: Business Development Executive

Salary: £26,790 (Earning up to £45k with commission)

Location: Orpington ( full time on site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with management and motor vehicle businesses
• Developing strategic partnerships to promote the College’s apprenticeship programs
• Designing and implementing industry-aligned apprenticeship programmes
• Conducting outreach to attract apprentices and informing businesses of the benefits
• Providing ongoing support to apprentices and businesses to ensure success
• Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness
• Preparing and presenting reports on program outcomes and business engagement

Person Specification:

• Strong background in apprenticeships or the sales sector
• Experience in developing and managing apprenticeship programmes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
